Senior Project Manager/Program Manager
The Senior Project/Program Manager that demonstrates an in-depth understanding of Enterprise strategies and initiatives delivers large-scale and complex project(s) or program(s) that create the intended value for the organization, while communicating the organizational impacts. This PM/PMO Manager is accountable and responsible for overseeing all functions of other Project Managers and their teams, and is accountable for creation of new or changed deliverables. They will also direct other Senior Project Managers, Project Managers and resources for multiple projects, including people from other areas, user groups, internal and external consultants, contractors as well as vendors and external regulatory organizations.
Senior Project Manager/Program Manager
Senior Project/Program Manager must demonstrate an in-depth understanding of Enterprise strategies and initiatives, delivers large-scale and complex project(s) or program(s) that create the intended value for the organization, while communicating the organizational impacts. They are accountable for overseeing all functions relating to the activities of Project Managers and their teams, and are accountable for creation of new or changed deliverables. Additionally, they will direct, manage, and coordinate other team members. They will collect status reports, consolidate work plans, communicates key issues / risks, track overall project budget, and interface with executive management team. Must have proven leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
Senior Project Manager
Senior Project Manager to work on major integration effort. Will work across the multiple Teams, as well as support multiple groups. Possible projects include technical and business initiatives. PM will monitor all business work streams to identify if they will meet delivery/conversion commitments and escalate issues or delays to the project's Delivery Lead. Must have 12+ years of related work, PMP, proven track record for success in multiple complex projects, financial services, trust and brokerage experience preferred. Traditional PM activities include the following: attending meetings, updating project plans, communicate with project work stream leaders, coordinates and facilitates various meeting to ensure appropriate processes are followed.
Project Analyst
Project Analyst's aid and support Project Managers and work stream leaders in various tasks. Attention to detail is key. Must have solid Microsoft skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also needed. This person is most likely on a path to becoming a PM but is not a PM yet.
